The 2011–12 FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup will be a multi race tournament over a season for freestyle skiing. The season will start on 10 December 2011 and last until 18 March 2012.[1] The World Cup will be organised by the FIS who also run world cups and championships in cross-country skiing, ski jumping, nordic combined, alpine skiing and snowboarding. The FIS Freestyle skiing season will include aerials, mogul skiing, and the FIS also will run the ski cross World Cup season as well.
